Eligibility & Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure at all times.
Acceptable Use
KeywordNode may only be used for lawful business, research, content, and SEO-related activities. Users may not abuse, overload, interfere with, scrape excessively, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or infrastructure.
Automated abuse, malicious usage, fraudulent activity, or actions that negatively impact platform stability or other users may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.
Platform Functionality
KeywordNode provides keyword intelligence workflows, opportunity discovery systems, SERP analysis tools, content research features, analytics, and related productivity functionality.
Platform features may evolve, change, improve, or be discontinued over time as the product develops.
Data & Content Responsibility
Users remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of any content, data, keywords, project materials, prompts, or research information submitted to the platform.
KeywordNode does not claim ownership of user-submitted project content but may process platform data as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions, credits, or premium functionality may be introduced in the future. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once processed.
Pricing, features, usage limits, and subscription structures may change over time with reasonable notice where appropriate.
Service Availability
KeywordNode is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, ranking results, traffic outcomes, indexing performance, or business growth.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure protection, abuse prevention, or operational improvements.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeywordNode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from use of the platform.
Users accept responsibility for decisions, publishing strategies, SEO execution, and business outcomes derived from platform usage.
Termination
KeywordNode reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, harmful behavior, platform attacks, payment fraud, or violations of these Terms.
